So the total weight savings by this Monocoque goes up to 5kg (11 lbs), because you can remove everything in the back ! With some minor modifications of aftermarket Fueltank-covers you will be able to use it even with the OEM Fueltank. Note: the upper mounting Spots is same as the OEM Fueltank mounting spot, the lower one is also the OEM Tailsection-Panel mounting spot, which I would rework from M6 to M8, that's what we have done. No Prob to do that measurement, there's enough material.

Very slim design and especially slim in the area of the seat, for more moveability on the motorcycle. - Extra stiff on the mounting spots and the seat is giving you a better feeling for the rear wheel. - The undertail allows you to mount a muffler, very hidden inside. - Including a bracket to carry the battery, relayas and rectifier inside the tailsection. Monocoque Durbahn Vx Concept, with Fueltank Dummy - Carbon
But for those who would like to adapt this Combo to a 749/999 customwise ( with a custom made fueltank from Carbon or aluminum) I offer it here inside my Shop. The Monocoque aswell as the Fueltank-Dummy will be made from Carbon and it comes black, ready for painting. Weight savings of the Monocoque ~ 13lbs. In conjunction with the Dummy and a light selfmade Fueltank the weight saving can be up to 25 lbs . !

Monocoque RC51/ SP Road & Race
Here's a Picture from the HRC Unit. I just reworked the Tailsection a bit to make it match the OEM RC51 ( check the further Information ), and improved it : - the seat height is 2-4 cm higher (0.85 - 1.85" depending if you measure the seatpad height with or without rider) - Extra stiff on the mounting spots and the seat is giving you a better feeling for the rear wheel. - Max. weight saving - weight loose at 15 lbs - Ability to place most of the electronics in the back, you've got to relocate only Battery, Ignition Coil, Rectifier and bank Angle Sensor. - It is optional for track and road due to a Carbon #-Plate/Blinkers Bracket and an integral Option fot Taillight - Fits for all kinds of Exhaust-Systems (as for mounting spots).
